Try taking baby steps. For now, set a goal of losing 10lbs. Once you hit that, set a goal at 25lbs lost. Then 50lbs etc. I really think if you do it this way it won't seem so overwhelming. And honestly, if you can get through that first 10lbs, I think you will look and feel better and that will help motivate you to keep going. Some people also reward themselves for their milestones (eg. new shoes at 10lbs, new jeans at 25lbs etc).
If you are having trouble making such drastic changes all at one time, I would consider just working on your diet first and getting that down first and then adding some exercise in once you are comfortable you are eating good. I read somewhere that diet is 75% of the battle and I know alot of us find it the hardest. I would suggest planning your meals in advance so you are more likely to stick with it, log all your calories on Loseit and drink lots lots lots of water. If you have a bad day with your food, just get back at it the next. And on those bad days, if you are eating poorly, make sure you still drink lots of water.
