I remember Jen saying she lost 13 pounds, and 2 dress sizes.

This got me thinking, because 13 pounds on me isn't even 1 whole dress size! So, I have a lot of pounds to lose before I really see a difference and I gain quite a few pounds before I notice anything so it's not great...

but, how many pounds on you equals a dress size?

In remembering what size I was in when I was 157 (size 6, which is small for 6'1"), so I think it's about 17 or so pounds per size for me. I've got LOTS of sizes to lose and I don't think I'll EVER be a 6 again. That's ok. I'm not 22 and playing college ball anymore, either.

I'm 5'10" and I have to lose about 15 pounds to drop a size in clothing. I have at least two sizes to go to be where I want to be

I have no idea

I wear size 30, and have as long as I can remember and probably aways will. Regardless of how much weight I lose, I can't drop a size. When I was really chubby my senior year of college, before doing WW, I had to buy a size 31, and after WW I got into a size 29, but that's the best I've ever been able to do. And it was WORK!

I'd say about ten pounds here too....sometimes I cram myself into a size maybe a pound or two early tho! I've finally made it into my 9's, which isn't great but feels like progress!!
