I have been having a fair amount of morning sickness.. well WAY more than I had when I was pregnant with Addie. I only felt sick a few days with her. I've been pretty consistently nauseous this pregnancy.

Anyways I've been trying some simple remedies to subside it.. Ginger seems to help my belly.. I snack on a few saltines before I go to sleep and before I get out of bed, which helps.

It seems that I am more getting sick because I don't have anything in my stomach? (I get the sick esp. late at night and in the morn) What are the simple things you ate when you had lingering m/s? I have heard keeping hard candies or lemondrops might help for the times i'm out and about?

peppermint helps to sooth an upset stomach in my experience. It always worked for me.

Im sorry I can't help, I haven't found anything that works besides eating small portions here and there but I haven't had much sickness with either pregnancy. **HUGS** hope you feel better soon!

ginger candies are great, Bananas and B12. If none of that helps then bug the doc of Zofran! That stuff is amazing!
