Tomorrow is my "weigh in" day and I am nervous. I did ok this week but I didn't follow "it" strictly. I am working on it. I know it is going to be a long road just b/c we do eat out tooooo much and my food choices when I am home.
Although I am loving how much fruit/veggies I am eating now! I love that they are free points!!!

Let us know how you do in your weigh in! I know when I started doing WW I felt like I was eating even MORE bc I was eating so much low point stuff throughout the day... but I'd always lose big that first week especially!
That's awesome! 1-2 pounds a week is what they recommend for sustainable weight loss. I know how frustrating it is though. I always want to be at goal weight like NOW. It's not healthy to lose too quickly though.
