I decided to increase to 1hr a day in the hopes that I can lose 7lbs in 2 weeks. I know that you aren't supposed to lose that much in 2 weeks, but I would LOVE to be 145lbs by the time Josh comes home! Today I did one 30min workout this morning and burned 405 cal, and then another 30 min workout just a few min ago and burned 408cal. So total today I have burned 813 calories just on the elliptical!!! WOOT WOOT! I may even up it to 3x a day if I can handle it......It is even better than a runner's high for me I am really really loving having that machine in my living room! Tonight I plan on working out while I watch "I used to be fat" that I DVR'd from MTV this past week hee hee I can tell already that it is making my legs look way sexier and I am hoping it will help me drop some weight too. I think I will do 3x a day except M< W< F because those days I want to do my Post Natal Boot Camp DVD's. So those days I will do the DVDs and only 2x on the elliptical so I still get in 90 min a day working out. I really hope I keep up with this because I so desperately want to look hot when DH comes home - AHHHHHH I can't believe in 2 weeks I can DTD again!!!!! lol
