I am so stinking excited that Faira is almost 6 months and I can start exercising again! I waited this long because my low weight(19 BMI ) + exercise might endanger my supply while EBF. F will be starting solids very shortly(as soon as I get my ricer!)so I should need about 1/3 less milk.
Anyway, I'm starting the 5K training program again, only this time I using SP's 5K walk/jog program(5 weeks) and then doing the C25K but starting that wherever the SP program leaves off. That should shave some weeks off.
And I'm buying Zumba for Wii tonight. Yay!! I'll be picking up Walk it Out for Wii when I can find it for $20. I love the Wii fitness stuff in the AC in the summer. The kids love them too.
So the plan is:
5K training, 25 minutes, 3X week
Zumba, 15-30 minutes, 3X week(I'll have to see how long the routines are)
Walk it out, 15 minutes every day I exercise as a warm up and cool down Until I get it I'll do yoga.
And I get to up my calories to 2500 now. Woo-hooooo!
I've been avoiding this forum because it was depressing me that I couldn't join in(I know, not very supportive, sorry!).
I'm just so excited to get my me time back and get moving. I am an exercise nut and I feel like the whole pregnancy and this first 6 months there's been a big part of my life missing. I'm ready to get my balance(and some muscle!) back!
