107 Sunday morning!! I forgot to weigh before work today nothin different except that I didn't run 20+ miles the past two weeks. I think my body was clinging on to extra fat while nursing and running high mileage so that may stop when I start running again this week. But for today I was happy 3 more pounds to go.
Gwynne I totally understand. Seeing 1/2 lb on a tough week is great. I find I can really easily do this when we don't eat out and on our own DH and I have been doing great about that. It isn't realistic to expect it all the time though. Especially with your travel and guests. Great job!
Jeanine you are so close! And running a half marathon this soon after having a baby is amazing!! I am so proud of you (and totally jealous)!
I FINALLY am back to 122 (from those 2lbs I gained from eating make me feel better food in Feb) I started running (goal is to do the 1/2 marathon PF Chang this coming winter) and doing the 30 day shred. Still 7lbs till my goal.
