I am about 5'9'' and I weigh about 215lb. I want to loose 50lbs...
Most of my weight is in my upper arms, stomach and theighs. Any good exercises? =)
I can use the military gym for free, I wish I had a motivation buddy to get me going lol.

My sisters wedding is August 20th, I want to loose at least 20 pounds by then!

I love the elliptical, do you know if one is at the gym. I think cardio with toning would be the way to go. KUP!

Yep the elliptical is good and easy on your joints. For something fun though I've been doing Zumba DVD's. It really makes you sweat and you don't really feel like your working out.
