I didn't think I was going to see much this week but I am really happy with 1.6lbs. I have started going to the gym this week and also Couch to 5K. I am still trying to lose a little bit more but honestly if the weight doesn't come off from here I am okay with that. I look and feel so much different and am just interested in keeping up this healthy lifestyle and getting in better shape. If I lose a bit more as well, that's a nice bonus

Way to lose Jen!!!! You have done a wonderful job!! Unbelievable

I am down 2 lb this week - 131.4. I am also at a point where I don't care much for losing more, but more about getting in a habit of living healthy. I think my weightless has affected my milk supply negatively and I am keeping my eye on it and eating a lot of oatmeal. My goal was to get down to 125 which might be a bit too little for a breast feeding woman who is 5.7 feet tall.

Waaahhhh!
But I DIDN'T GAIN!!

I had a terrible week and this week is going to be bad to with the ATL trip! I am scared, but I need to remember MODERATION. Wish me luck

And remember Kelli, it is ONE weekend. Enjoy, keep moderation in your mind, but ENJOY!

So I didn't log food last week while camping and I started adding more carbs around Thursday. Ran 13 miles on Sunday and gained weight, but knew that would probably happen. It was just 2 pounds. I expect to see it gone by next week when my eating and exercising gets back to "normal".

Still 110. I guess that's good considering my running is significantly less this half marathon.

WTG Ladies. I'm now at 121. so slowly loosing - which i expected at this point. the closer i get to my goal the longer it takes to get it off

I haven't been recording as diligently lately but here is my progress:

November 11 - 160

I am going to try and maintain this weight now. I am happy with where I am at and am afraid if I actively try to lose anymore, my supply will dip and I don't want that.

Wow, Jen!!! You are doing a phenomenal job! I'm so impressed and inspired!!!

So...

Peak of pregnancy (say, Sept. 3): 291
Jan 6: 264
March 14: 242 (=- 49# from pregnancy, and 21# since Jan. 6)
Trip... no workouts, LOTS of junk food and some drinks... expected a huge gain, but...

March 26: 242 (maintained!)
April 4: 241 (I think it's leftover from the trip, and I worked my tail off to lose it, so hopefully the next weigh in may be better!)

Anyway... not complaining! Still have 31 more pounds til my first weight loss goal (and if not pregnant and it's fairly easy to maintain/lose, I may go another 15#)...

Upcoming milestones:

**In 3#, I'll be at my pre-Kensley preg weight, haven't seen that in 4 years.
**another 6# = lowest I've weighed in , GOD, 8 years!!!
**in another 11 pounds, I'll probably, finally, be down to 16 (which still sounds HUGE, but on me, it's actually not bad... not where I want to be, but not bad. I'll be happy to get into some 16's for a short while -- til they're too big ) Haven't been in a 16 in a LONG while...

Can't wait to get there

110 lol. I still have the preggo belly fluff but at least my supply has stayed normal and I'm maintaining. I guess

Frustrated at myself for being a slacker with food. I do SEVEN workouts a week. Four runs, 2 hour long pilates classes and 1 hour of pretty intense weight lifting. I feel like I should be able to maintain my weight with that amount of activity and only 1300 calories. Ugh!
