Harper is doing really well! Her measurements were:
Height: 32.5 inches
Weight: 25 pounds
Head: 19 inches
She's proportional, just tall and heavy! She's basically like a 15-18 month old! The only thing that we have to start working on is night weaning and moving her to her pack 'n play or crib at night. She wakes up 3-4 times a night so we're all suffering :0( I LOVE having a family bed, but I don't think it's working out anymore. I think adding her crib to the bed will help, I hope? Has anyone done this? Anyone have any tips for night weaning? Most of the information my doctor gave me as tips for night weaning and moving her to her own bed had to do with CIO and we don't do that. I know she needs to learn how to put herself back to sleep, but I'm not sure how?

Other than that, everything's great with her!

What a tall girl!

Here's a link to night weaning that someone posted on the AP board here:
Sleep, Changing Patterns In The Family Bed | Jay Gordon, MD FAAP

We're not quite ready for it with all the illnesses we've been dealing with, but it sounds helpful without CIO. I know a lot of people othe AP board "side car" their crib to their bed to make extra room. My room is too small or I would be all over that. Three people in a queen bed is tight!

Sounds like she is doing great!

I'm no help on the sleep issue. Vi still nurses 2x a night (sometimes more) and sleeps with us
