OK, I'm still a few pounds off my pre-Amber weight, and well it is time not to be because I'm still a LOT of pounds off of my pre-children weight, or my pre-Rock or pre-LJ weight either. I was the heaviest I've ever started when I got pregnant with Amber, and I'm still above that.

But how do I start? Idk what to do even...HELP ME!

Well I'm on weight watchers and it's turned out to be a really good system for me that fits really well into my life. You could try that, or counting calories (calorieking.com is a good website to find out how many calories is in something). Most people do the 1200 calorie a day thing (unless you're bfing, then obviously it's more).

I started out on myfitnesspal.com I just entered my weight, my goal weight and when I wanted to lose it by and it told me how many calories I should be consuming a day. I have lost 16lbs in the last 2 months. I'm obsessed. I even downloaded the app for my phone!

I am going to try this myfitnesspal.com, thanks. I dont know where to start either and Im just getting more and more down on myself for it.
