My eating is awful!! Unfortunately I like unhealthy foods too much! I know how to eat good and lose weight because I've done it before I'm just not in that mode right now I guess. I also know it would be way easier if I could get BF on board with me but that's just not happening! He said he was going to change his eating habits and did for like 2 days then that got thrown out the window. Oh well I guess I'll get back with it someday, just not right now!
As for as working out, I'm kinda slacking there as well but not as bad as the eating. I did a zumba class yesterday for the first time. It was ok and I'll go back, I just wish I had someone to go with me! But all my friends and family work during the day and I work in the evenings! Peyton and I also started a swim class Tuesday and Thursday mornings which I know isn't a lot of exercise for me but at least I'm in the pool with her and we are being active and not sitting on our butts!
Now that it's getting nice out I will be walking alot more too!!
