I feel like I've mentioned my anniversary in a billion threads already... ... but since DH planned out our anniversary before I started this 17 day diet, I know a nice dinner out is likely on the agenda for this evening. So I weighed in this morning to see how I'd done in the last 4 days that I've been doing this diet. This way if I didn't lose a lot I wouldn't feel guilty about eating bad, :eyeroll: and if I did well then it would probably keep me more in check and make slightly better choices.
Well, after four days doing the 17 day diet... I've lost exactly 4 pounds. So I guess my sugar & carb intake really was the issue with why I wasn't losing before.
so yay for being 4 pounds down... hopefully I don't gain all 4 pounds back today, but I'm definitely back to 100% committed tomorrow since its working!
