So, I have lost a great amount of weight since being pregnant and I am actually less than what I was before I got pregnant, except my stomach is so soft! I mean, I never had a six pack or anything near that, but I hate how mushy it is (sorry if that is gross!) Do any of you know good exercises to do to help get rid of it? I've been doing cardio and noticed that my stomach has gone down, but hasn't gotten any tighter. I'm going to start doing ab exercises, but will that help with the softness? I feel like I am sounding a little silly here, but help me!
Ab exercises will help firm up your belly. Try crunches and reverse crunches that way you get both your upper and lower abs. Also pilates and yoga are great for firming you your mid section!! good job on the weight loss so far! that is great!
