How is everyone doing? What's new?


I have been commited again and weighed in on Thursday... so in the one week I've been back doing this I've lost 4.6 pounds. My SIL lost 5.4. So we're doing good. I'm down about 12 total... I should make a ticker.

I am really wanting to binge right now... I want to go to TCBY and get frozen yogurt coated candy... haha. I keep telling Ben that yogurt is on the diet and its just frozen!!! haha.

Well I bought the 17 day diet book and I am planning on starting it in June.
Right now I am trying to find recipes for the evening meals.

I would definitely say this

Well I bought the book and will start on May 31st. My parents are having a cookout for my sister's birthday, we are doing a picnic with friends, and I'm sure we will go to another cookout for memorial day so no need to start and fail immediately.

I'm doing great!! 3 weeks in now and I'm down 10 pounds!!! Even with last week me losing nothing

I'm hoping to reach my goal fairly quickly, but realize that sometimes a week can feel like forever too. I'm finding tons of new recipes so DH is happy too and I'm walking about 10 miles a week or so

DH has finally broken down and agreed that if I lose 40 pounds I can have another baby LOL

I haven't officially started a "diet" but I have lost 7lbs since May 9th just from not being in school. We used to eat out like 4 times a week and I would always grab something on the way home because I was too tired to cook a meal. I will officially start the 17 day diet on June 1st. I'm neurotic, so I have to start at the beginning of the month. Oh, and I finally have the money to join the gym across the street from my house. Yay!

I'm doing horrible with WW right now. Ever since we got home from Ohio I haven't been tracking my points. I REALLY need to get back on the wagon, I've gained like 5 pounds back!!! I'm tracking again today, so I'm going to try to stick with it now! I was doing sooo good before leave.

Started back on WW last week and weighed in this week and have lost 2.6 this week.

2.6 down
just 13.4 to go!!!
