I haven't been much of a snacker while doing this.... I usually do my probiotics as my snacks. I always have the light yogurts that are dessert flavored on hand. I usually eat those after dinner while watching TV. I know I shouldn't have the carbs before bed but if it keeps me from having something worse, that's fine. Thats usually my go to because I have a sweet tooth... IF I want something that feels starchy I have baked apple chips w/ cinnamon.
I'm about to go to the gym and trying to NAK so I'll post recipes later tonight.
I made the eggplant parm in the back of the book and it is SO good, but I loveeee eggplant parm. The texture is great and I love that it feels like I'm eating a 'meat' that isn't chicken Here's from last night:
