I am also doing the 17 day diet. I started it in mid-April but had a few days here and there where I totally blew it. I got my SIL on board and we started officially in May. We just moved on to cycle two. She was down 10.4 pounds for cycle one and I'm down 14 altogether since mid-April. My weight-loss has slowed down, I think b/c I stayed on cycle one too long and since I don't eat fish my body just kept expecting the chicken, so hopefully this will switch things up a bit more.
I'm also going to the gym several days per week doing one hour long classes -- zumba, kickboxing, weightlifting, etc. I'm trying to go nearly every day.
My goal is to lose 38 pounds so I have 24 more to do. That will put me into a healthy BMI range and a weight I was at right before I got pregnant and I know I am comfortable at that weight. Ideally I'd like to lose even more than that, but I don't want to feel like my goals aren't attainable, so I'm not thinking of those numbers yet. But I'd like to be in the middle- range of healthy BMI and not just barely in it, haha.
I'm doing weight watchers points plus program. So far I'm down 12 pounds in 4 weeks My first goal is to lose 40 pounds, but I hope to keep going after I reach that goal. I'll probably stay on the program until I get preggo again.

I won't start TTC as soon as I get the weight off b/c I want to enjoy it for a while But it does motivate me b/c I don't want to get pregnant and add even MORE at this weight. The only thing I don't like about this ticker is I have to create a new one to change my weight loss... I probably don't but I don't want to sign up, lol.
