A couple of you girls mentioned the whole 'well I cheated once today so might as well enjoy it... i'll be back on board tomorrow' mentality. DON'T DO THAT! Your body doesn't understand clocks and calenders and days -- it understands calories. So just know that when you cheat, and use that as an excuse to cheat some more... the only person you're cheating is YOURSELF. Those calories will still add up. Every time we go to put something in our mouths is an opportunity to make the right choice. All of these choices are what make us fat or skinny. Its not all of these days that we are good or bad... its all of the little choices we make.
So next time you want to have an extra something because you screwed up earlier in the day and the day is 'lost'... just remember that the only person you're cheating is yourself, and that those calories will still count.
