whoops... looks like no one has posted in here in about a week... how is everyone doing?
i'm still doing the 17dd and am on cycle 3 now which basically means I eat pretty much whatever and should e xpect my weight loss to slow down a good bit. this morning I weighed in and am officially halfway to goal! This is SIL's last week here before she leaves town and I lose my gym buddy, BUT DH agreed to start up doing p90x again so at least I'll have that to do at home and am still gonna try to make it to classes at the gym
Well, I am *finally* actually doing something now to try to lose the last of my extra weight. For the first time since my first trimester, I have actually been working out regularly. My plan is to work out 3 times per week, for now (Mon, Thurs, Sat). I've been doing that for maybe 2 weeks now, and have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't been following a diet (other than gluten free, which I've been doing for about 6 months). I still subscribe to WW online, but I have a really tough time keeping up with all of the tracking. I'm just trying to make smart choices, and watch my portions. Oh, and drink more water.

I started last week and lost 5.2 lbs in the first 5 days! Buuuuuut, then the weekend came. I did horrible yesterday and had a pizza binge and was up 2 lbs this morning. I need to figure out weekends so this doesn't become a trend.
I'm starting 17 DD today, so far so good! This weekend DH and I totally binged this weekend.. we went to a base about 2 hours away to eat Chili's and pretend we were in the states for a bit! lol It's totally americanized in Ramstein!
Just for my record- Weighed in this morning at 143. My long term goal is 125 I think... I'll decide more as I start to lose!

I weigh in on Mondays and I lost 1 pound last week....which I'm ok with. I only worked out 3 days last week and ate tons of pizza at Conner's tball banquet Thursday. I'm working out like a mad woman this week cause I'm leaving for the beach Saturday and won't be going to the gym. I am going to take my tennis shoes and try to go running a little bit while I'm there. We'll see how that actually works out
I haven't weighed since the beginning of June. I'm such a slacker. My friend was supposed to start the 17dd with me but hasn't read her book yet. I need to realize that I am in this alone and stop making excuses
