Where is everybody? I know a lot of ladies were pretty gung-ho about starting up the 17 day diet... lots waiting until June 1st, etc. Is anyone still dieting? Am I all alone?
I'm not doing great. I'm on cycle 3 of the 17DD which means we get to eat most things, and I find that that 'freedom' is getting me into trouble. Plus since my SIL left and I don't have a gym buddy... I haven't been going. I keep getting the urge to go but then there isn't a class RIGHT then, and by the time I CAN go I don't feel like it.
I'm starting back on cycle 1 on Tuesday though so I think that'll be good. I've put on two pounds.
I did the 17dd for one week and lost 4.4 pounds... fell off the wagon around Dh's birthday and in a week gained back the 4.4 pounds.. I'm not sure what I'll do. I feel like my body's natural weight is 140.. that usually where my body gets to and stays. If I lose more than that, it seems I gain right back to there every time. I guess I just want to focus on toning more, and I think I'll be happy with that.

I fell off the wagon. BUT I am jumping back on next week. I am planning on buying a treadmill with my birthday money and I am hoping that kicks me into high gear. Lacey (Cash's mom) and a girl from my work have inspired me with the treadmill thing, so my fingers a crossed.
I hope you do! Are you going to do something like the c25k program? I want to be addicted to the treadmill do but I just hate it. I always prefer the bikes, because I'm lazy and I like to sit down while I excercise. :lol\
I plan to restart the 17dd soon. I plan to start walking daily at the track and thursday I will be signing up for the new gym at my job. It will be $15 a month and I will be able to work out before picking up Dashaun so there shouldn't be an excuse. I'm excited! Also, I went on vacation, ate good, and didn't gain any weight so that was a plus
