Just started back to the gym a couple of weeks ago and I'm really trying my best to get rid of this freaking belly...didn't help that today at swimming I saw a mom with a 3 month old and absolutely no hint of a belly. It was flatter than mine pre-pregnancy.
ANYWAY, I usually only do 45 on the elliptical and then weights but I was thinking to switch it up to try the Zumba class. I am completely uncoordinated. Does anyone know of a good Zumba DVD I can try prior to actually taking the class and making an absolute fool of myself???
