I used to weight weekly when I did WW, but when I started the 17 day diet and was being pretty restrictive and dropping weight fast I started weighing inevery 3 or 4 days. Now I get on the scale most mornings.... after I pee and before anything else. my scale weighs by the .2 -- I had to laugh, this morning I weighed in, then nursed Lily and weighed again and lost 6 ounces... hahaha
I weigh myself at home and at the gym at least once a day. I have to say I like my scale better at home since the gym always adds about two pounds. I usually weigh myself in the morning. I think I've gained weight since working out

LOL! I've done that, too, but my old scale only measured to the nearest half pound, so not really that precise.
I'm looking forward to getting my new scale that I ordered last night. What I hate about my old scale (in addition to the fact that it is not very reliable...I could get varying weights as much as 8lbs different, all within a matter of minutes) is that you have to tap it first, then wait for it to calibrate, and then step on and wait again while it "thinks" about your weight. Annoying! New one you can just get on and it tells you your weight right away. It also got really great reviews for being reliable and precise.
