I realize it's a few months away for most of the LO's b-days. But I saw another board doing this, and thought it was a great idea. Would anyone be interested?
Maybe have the gifts shipped by the 1st of November, so LO's can open them on their actual b-day. I know there are babies born in September and October, but maybe they could be open on the due date instead?
Or have any other ideas?

Maybe have a bday opening day where everybody opens at once? Or try to pair sept babies with sept and Oct with October?
We did this in apr 08 and had a blast!

i like Leslie's idea! pair the baby's that have the same birthdays in the same month?
but pairing kids with the same birthday is cool too..
i know there was someone else that had Van's bday.. but i think they are very active

i was thinking the same as Lisa!
thats my beef too.. i have Van's bday, duc's bday a day before his.. christmas a month later.. and then Hunter's birthday a month later after that!
we really know how to plan em!
