What are you currently trying to teach your LO? A skill, a word, a concept... what are you working on lately?

1) to NOT climb on the coffee table! LOL We have had 1 or 2 time outs per day for the past few days with this issue. Unfortunately...he is starting to like time outs and will put himself in timeout when he hasn't done anything wrong

2) We are working on learning animals. He has some great animal picture books that he loves to read every day.

We are working on not putting food up his nose, but I think it's a phase that we will have to ride out...

We are also working on animal sounds, "what does a lion say?" and he goes "RAWR!" I love it

We were working on to not climb on the coffee table and dance. It's an acrylic table too, so we took it away.

Now we are working on singing and not to throw toys at people.

"Gentle" is a constant concept we're teaching him. This is with animals and people.

I'm always trying to teach him to talk but he's really good at communicating in other ways so I think we just have to wait.

Right now it is the concept of "no". He knows it means that he is not supposed to do something, but views it as an invitation to try to do it anyway and turn around and grin then run away laughing. This is seriously what we're working on right now!

We're trying to get her to say the words she knows how to sign. . . We're trying to teach her "thank you" {she has please down, both saying it & signing it}. And we're trying to teach her "milk", "juice" and "water". Everything that she drinks is called cup right now, so now we're working on what is inside the cup!
