I always have hot chocolate when I wake up(I'm a non coffee drinker so it's my morning coffee). I alway go to the gas station up the street around 10 and get me a Pepsi or dr pepper then it's water or milk the rest of the day.
So far I've had just about a whole pot of coffee I'm like Kristi though, I'm TERRIBLE about drinking enough, let alone things that are good for me. If we have pop that's all I drink so I'm trying so hard to get away from it, hence all the coffee. I can't drink plain water, I just can't, so I try to make a jug of Kool-aid and drink that instead.
1 cup of coffee or hot tea in the morning. From there I fix at glass of ice water but maybe take one sip, I keep redoing it but always forget to drink it. I take a sip for my morning, afternoon and bedtime meds. And I have a soda with any non-home cooked meal.
I'm super, super bad about drinking anything.

Two cups of coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day. I purposefully use the really big cups that hold 3 cups of water and try to make myself drink two of those. I'd say I average about 5 cups of water each day.
I don't drink nearly enough water. If it were healthy I would always have a diet Pepsi with me. However, I try to limit myself to only 2 a day, keywords TRY! I try and drink at least 1 glass of water at home during the day And a couple at work. I'm just not thirsty very much unless I'm eating.

Every morning I get an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts with skim milk and equal and sweet and low, (It's a bad habit money wise, but I NEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDD it to start my morning ) then I usually have water and diet mountain dew throughout the day
