I am trying to get back on the wagon. I haven't really been eating much lately so I was hoping that it would help with some weight loss but its staying constant. I joined a team at work just to walk and keep track of my steps
I am trying to get back on the wagon. I shopped and bought a bunch of healthy food over the weekend and DH and I polished off the MANY chocolate chip cookies I had baked over the weekend. Of course, today is my first day back on track and I was running late this morning and didn't have time to pack a lunch. So I will have to run to the store at lunch and get a frozen meal or something. And I reallllllllllly need to get back to the gym. I'm paying a lot for this stupid membership so I have to get some use out of it. I really need a kick in the butt.
Are any of you doing the 30 Day Shred? I'm going to start it today... I'm going from September 27th to October 27th, which is my middle baby's 3rd birthday <3 Then my 25th birthday is another 3 weeks after that - so that's my ultimate goal date where I want to be down 15 pounds I just need accountability partner people to help me.
