I am annoyed. I mean really annoyed. We joined the Y back in April, nearly 6 months ago and I've lost a whopping 5 lbs or so, depending on the day. I just can't seem to lose any weight and it sucks! I know I snack more than I should, but really-all the stuff I've been doing isn't making ANY difference?
I hear you. I keep hearing though that the older we get the more we just maintain even with massive amounts of working out which is so frustrating to hear. I haven't lost a pound since the race back in feb. Just maintaining. It makes me remember how back in the day, i could slam down a cheeseburger and fries and not gain an ounce. Now I'd jiggle for a week

I hate the **** scale, but really hate how my pants are now fitting. The scale, I can deal with, but my whole body has changed. I have 2 pairs of jeans that I wore at this same weight pre-Luke and now I wouldn't even imagine walking out of the house in! MUFFIN TOP! And a pilates teacher is not supposed to have a muffin top. I seriously said out loud on Sunday (...I might have screamed...) I NEED MOM JEANS!!!
So girl, you are not alone. Just keep being healthy. You are doing your body good, I promise.
