Caffeine's buzz chases away women's depression - latimes.com

I'm never giving up coffee! According to a new study, well-caffeinated women are less likely to suffer from depression

If I don't drink my coffee, I am so grumpy and feel like I'm dragging. I use really strong beans and my coffee maker makes a pretty strong cup anyway. Two of those and I am good to go!

I go back and forth on coffee so much, ugh. There are so many studies on both risks and benefits, it's daunting. I'm not a huge coffee drinker these days, mostly because I'm just not certain how it effects us. But this study seems very positive, and it makes sense to me.

The article mentioned that coffee drinkers also tend to drink more alcohol and be less likely to do volunteer work, which I find a bit annoying. I rarely drink alcohol and i do tons of volunteer work in our community. I need my coffee to get my butt up and moving for my volunteer work.
