Sounds good to me! I dont drink coffee but i can't live without my daily Pepsi. I actually dont really notice a difference energy wise or whatever you want to call it if i dont have pepsi but i get terrible headaches if i dont have one so i know it effects me
I go back and forth on coffee so much, ugh. There are so many studies on both risks and benefits, it's daunting. I'm not a huge coffee drinker these days, mostly because I'm just not certain how it effects us. But this study seems very positive, and it makes sense to me.
The article mentioned that coffee drinkers also tend to drink more alcohol and be less likely to do volunteer work, which I find a bit annoying. I rarely drink alcohol and i do tons of volunteer work in our community. I need my coffee to get my butt up and moving for my volunteer work.
