Mia eats everything. Sometimes I might just spread a bit of peanut butter on one piece of bread and pull it into a few pieces and give it to her. She also likes peanut butter on a rice cake. She also eats applesauce, fruit, lOVES string cheese, yogurt, and grahm crackers.
She also eats potato chips (I know, bad mom!) and granola bars (the chewy kind).

I tend to fill little trays up for snack time for the girls to munch on. Lately, I've been doing cubed cheese, sliced peaches/nectarines, some Kashi cereal and some diced meat (either leftovers or lunch meat).

Cheese, cut up fruit, goldfish, crackers.

He loves the peanut butter filled pretzels from Costco and the nutrigrain cereal bars.

Applesauce - especially the pouch ones that you "sqeeze."

He drinks lots of milk as a snack too.

Shelley, how does that work? I tried a snack bowl for the kids and they ate everything in one sitting and had tummy aches.

Kolbie does a lot of goldfish and graham crackers as well. Lately though she hasn't been too interested in snacks, or food in general....

While they're playing, I'll just put a little tray (I have one from Dr. Sears shaped like a pineapple that someone gave me, but an ice cube tray could work) out and they'll just take as they want. Some days they eat it all fast and some days they just graze on it for a while. Never had tummy ache issues. It's a big variety of food, but not a big amount.

II do kind of what Shelley does. I have a muffin tin that I put the snacks on and they just go to it when they want some. We do goldfish, dried or fresh fruit, almonds or sunflower seeds, dried cereal, crackers, cheese and sometimes I'll put in meat if they are eating it like a lunch.
