I ran 7.2 miles last night with no walking! First time ever. The girls I was with are super motivating. They are twins so they are always competing with eachother too so it somehow helps me to keep up with them. I had a silly thing happen though. I needed to calibrate my iphone running app but figured i would do it later even though it prompted me too. So I thought we were alot further then we were and I tried to show off and start sprinting, of course came to find out i still had 1 1/2 miles to go!! I was so happy that i was still moving though that I kept right on. I hurt today though. I still can not quite fathom 13.1!
