What do you usually serve?
I am doing Thanksgiving this year, but we usually eat at noon and then leftovers in the evening.

So far,
Turkey
Ham
Turkey Dressing
Gravy
Cranberries
Corn Casserole
Mac N Cheese
Mashed Potatoes N Gravy
Rolls
Green Bean Casserole

Anything else?

Everyone is bringing a dessert so I'm not bothering with that.

I did see this cute turkey gobbler you make and I will be making one for the middle of the table.

Heres the instructions for it.

I go to my parents, and it's just me, my mom and dad, and my brother and his wife(and Max). We eat around 2 or 3, and just eat once that day. We (mostly my dad, haha) make EVERYTHING homemade. I love it! We have:

Turkey
Dressing
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Sweet Potatoes
Green Bean Casserole
Baked Brie
Pumpkin Pie
Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie
Chocolate Pie (because I'm a big baby!)

And then whatever other people want to make. I usually do some kind of vegetable (usually brussels sprouts or a salad). This year, I think I'm making pie crust fries.

We usually go over to BFF's house. We get there early cause we both do the cooking.

The list looks pretty typical. The one thing that is a must is homemade noodles. There is usually alot of people so we do 2 turkeys and ham. One turkey is done the day before so part can be added to other recipes and we make a batch of broth from it that gets used in recipes also. Its just a bunch of turkey goodness. Plus that way we don't have to carve both birds at once.

It will just be our little family for Thanksgiving this year, so I am trying to cut down on what I make. However, there are so many things that I still want to have.

Turkey
Gravy
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Creamed Peas
Cranberries
Rolls
Apple Pie (DH doesn't like Pumpkin Pie)
Pumpkin Pie

We go to my mom's. She provides everything for the meal- we will definitely have:

turkey
stuffing
mashed potatoes and gravy
rolls
cranberry stuff

then she also does another 1-2 veggie casserole type thing and 1-2 salad-y type things.

My grandma brings all the desserts, she usually brings

pumpkin pie
apple pie
pecan pie
chocolate or PB chocolate pie

I am having a hard time with Thanksgiving this year. I normally goto my grandma's and she has around 50 people there. Everyone brings a dish and we fry a couple turkeys... yes, 2 or 3 at least.

This year and every 3rd year, I have to DH's dads house and his step-mom prepares thanksgiving from a box I appreciate the effort and all, but when you're used to home cooking, stove-top and potato flakes aren't the same at Thanksgiving.

Here is our typical menu when my family does it:
Fried Turkey
Mashed Sweet Potatoes topped with marshmallows
Green Bean Casserole
Mashed POtatoes
Baked potato casserole
Waldorf Salad
Orange Jello Salad
Green Salad
Cranberry Sauce
Macaroni and Cheese
Slightly Burned Brown and Serve Rolls
Cornbread Stuffing
About 10 different pies, various cookies and desserts.

Hungry now

We go to two dinners -- yum!

At my MIL's house, it's:
turkey
ham
green beans
loaded stuffing (which I bring)
mashed potatoes
rolls
some type of pie with ice cream

At my mom's dinner we'll have:
turkey
mashed potatoes
loaded stuffing (I make two batches)
plain stuffing (because my sister doesn't like the loaded variety)
homemade cranberry sauce with apples and cinnamon (I bring that as well)
rolls
some type of sweet potato casserole
peas and carrots
pumpkin pie
and maybe Portillo's chocolate cake this year
