I don't mind cooking, but cooking something 20 people are going to try freaks me out. I don't want them all to hate it!

Ashley - I have two potlucks coming up and I am making the same thing, easy and cheap. I'll get the recipe (from Pinterest) and post it.

I just took a long lunch and went to Toys R Us and Target. Nothing says Tis the Season like me wanting to pummel someone at TRU.

I "think" the kids are done. Hayden is done. Luke's stocking is going to look pretty pitiful. All I have are some little cars, a hat and mitten set, a Buzz Lightyear plush and Goofy plush.

Ashley - here is the link to that recipe.

We have to brave toys r us and target tonight or some time tomorrow. We've been pretty good about being able to stick to the budget we set for this kids so far, but I have realized that I have forgotten their stockings and gifts to and from each other. So it's back to the store for me.

Those pizza rolls look delish!

I love watching Sofia play with her baby dolls, she's so loving with them. She's fed, changed, and put them all night night.

I am finding that listening to Christmas tunes loudly while working is more productive than working in silence. But it is a strong possibility that my favorite Christmas song is actually the Hanukkah Song. Hmmmmm

I just realized the wind last night blew the wreaths I had on my windows off, hopefully they didn't go too far.

You can't pay me right now to touch a TRU with a 10 foot pole.

I just ordered my Nephew's gift woooo, now for my parents.

I'm thinking a blanket with a whole bunch of random pictures of Elliot. I wonder if it would be ready by Christmas.

TRU was PACKED!

Try Snapfish.com. They have a list of items they can make and the deadline for ordering them.

Kim - I have no idea what I am going to wear tomorrow night for my Girl's Christmas party. I will look like a fatty no matter what.

Should I be getting a present for DHs grandparents and mom? They are coming to my moms Christmas thing on Christmas eve, and I'm starting to have seconds thoughts about getting them nothing. They did only see the girls about 4 times all year(they live only 20 minutes away) and never make any effort to see us and they never do anything for us....so is it mean to get them nothing?

Oh and DH doesn't care either way.

I'd get them a lump of coal!

If they only live 20 minutes from you and never visit, their loss!

Since the NBA lockout if over it sounds like DH and Stephen are going to the Trailblazers Fan Fest tonight. Genna is at a party tonight until 8pm, so I guess it will be just me and Noelle chillin' tonight.

Yay! We'll get to 20013 in no time. I have to figure out how to read and add posts on my phone so I don't keep falling so far behind. I have an amazing new phone but all I do with it is text DH and take pictures.

I'm really confused about chickens and horses. I have some more reading to do!

My feelings exactly. My only saving grace is that DH's team doesn't have their first home game until the 26th. I must admit, it was so nice with the lock out because there was a brief moment in time where there were no sports on tv for DH. At all. Soooooo nice.

DH isn't care about the NBA at all, but loves college basketball. I hate March Madness!

My DH definitely has his favorite team, but he just loves to watch it period. He like players on all different teams. So he has to watch every single game. And he loves college bball too. Blah to March Madness!!

DH is planning on taking our 19" flatscreen to my bro's house on xmas day so he can sit in a corner and watch all three of his games. lol

I drove deep into the depths of weird industrial Montreal to check out some supposedly awesome toy warehouse only to find it was really not awesome and I came back empty handed. I could have just walked to the shop 5 minutes away and gotten exactly what I wanted. Totally worth paying full price for.

I'm baking for 40 people for a Christmas party we are having with friends tomorrow. I bought wine...will it help or hinder my endeavors?
