I sorta want to decorate for Christmas, I usually wait for Thanksgiving and then do it but I think because Sydney is so excited about Christmas this year and decorating it is making me want to do it now LOL....unfortunately Tornado Sam will likely rip everything off the tree this year, he seriously has a need to touch everything! should be interesting LOL

Boo to chipped teeth. Noelle took about 1/3 out of her front middle tooth on Halloween.

Did they do anything about Noelle's tooth? Levi's is just a little chip and I don't think it bothers him, but I am upset that it will be that way until he's like 6.

Also.... Christmas dinner: turkey or roast? What is a ROAST? I mean, I know what roasting something is but I don't get it. We say things like a pig roast, roast beef, ect.

We took her to the dentist, but they didn't do anything to it. It's literally about 1/3 of the tooth. They said to watch her, it could be sensitive to cold (or hot) and that it is more prone to a cavity. Unless there is a problem, they will bond when she is a little older it so it looks like the others and protect it from cavity. They won't fix it now unless there is a problem because they would have to knock her completely out to do a repair. She goes back to the dentist in 3 months and they will look at it again, and then she'll start her normal twice yearly checks ups. It totally bothers me far more than it bothers her.

I think in this case, Roast means roast beef. We do a ham and a turkey. My ex-inlaws used to do a huge prime rib roast.

I have a horrible head ache, and didn't realize how many times I used the word they in that paragraph, but my head hurts too bad to go back and change it.

Sydney has a small chip out of one of her teeth, I have no clue when it even happened but the dentist said it was a not big deal when she was there, considering how rough Sam is I won't be surprised if he chips or knocks a tooth out at some point LOL

yes when I hear roast I think of a beef roast.

My son has a small chip in one of his front teeth. It's not 1/3 of the tooth so it doesn't bother him. I'm waiting until after thanksgiving to decorate for christmas. Most likely thanksgiving weekend.

we don't decorate until December, no tree until mid December at the earliest.

Holly poured a cup of water into our stereo receiver. Dh is a little miffed at me for letting her walk out of the kitchen with a cup of water. Fair enough, but who would have thought she go pour it into the stereo?!?!

<<fed the vcr some juice and a sandwich back in the day.

It was non specified roast, didn't feel like specifying which meat you were eating for dinner.

bummer about the stereo, sounds like something that would happen around here!

so were talking about teeth earlier and now tonight DH was goofing off with Sydney and chasing her playing "monster" and she fell and smacked her face on the floor and is now whining that her "teeth hurt" now I want to smack DH in the teeth there was no blood and no visible boo boo so I don't know if she is being dramatic or if her teeth really do hurt, guess we will see what tomorrow brings!

Ouch! Poor Syd

It's almost 5:00 and I would really like to go home. I think my dear sweet husband tried to poison my lunch today - I've had a horrible stomach ache since I ate. My guess is he used the wrong jar of jam in my sandwich and I accidentally got wheat in my PB&J. Ugh, tummy aches at work are the worst.

Un-glutened jar of jam for your time.

sorry you have a belly ache that stinks

she is no longer in a constant state of crying/whining about it but she refuses to eat anything, I even tried her to get ice cream and she said no because her teeth hurt, that doesn't seem like a good sign considering she would eat ice cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner if it were up to her. Never a dull moment around here! and Sam had a shot today and is a serious grump-a-saurus! not sure if it is the shot or he is just a grump today, he went to bed at 7 and fell right asleep so hopefully he is back to happy tomorrow too!

Oh no poor Sydney, I hope her teeth are ok. Maybe she just hurt her mouth and her gums/teeth hurt but nothing broken or loose! KUP!

I dont have anything else to add, just that I'm exhausted and cant wait to get a full night sleep one day many many moons from now.

thanks, her tooth/teeth don't seem to be loose and there is nothing obvious that I can see, it is really hard to tell with a 3 yr old how bad something really hurts, well at least with Syd she is kind of dramatic at times LOL, maybe she just bit her tongue or something? but I didn't see blood, who knows! I figure if she is still complaining in the morning I will run her to the dentist so they can take a look. Hopefully it's nothing though!

I am tired too, I constantly feel tired even when I get good sleep, I think I need to start taking vitamins more regularly.
