I know most of us are just trying to get through Christmas right now but i need some idea's for M's birthday now... something "Older" that he wont be ready to play with until spring or summer is fine since he'll be getting all of his Christmas presents two weeks before his b day obviously.
I have no clue what I'm going to get Violet yet. For Lily's 2nd birthday, she got jewelry (we buy each girl a nice piece on their birthdays), books, clothes and some arts/crafts stuff. Violet will probably get similar things, but I'm not sure what. We're trying to limit the amount of toys since they have way too many now.
We've kind of thought about it since my dh wanted to get her a big wheel for Christmas but I talked him into saving that for her bday. I like the idea of outdoor stuff since our house is super clutterd as it is
I haven't thought about it yet either. I have to get through Christmas and then Lily's birthday is 3 weeks after that. Outdoor toys are good but we already have a water table, scooter, and a wagon. I'll have to keep thinking
Outdoor toys are the best...
The Radio Flyer big wheel is really great.
Check it out on thetoywall (dot) com.
My son also loves the new Spooner Board. It's like a skateboard without wheels.
I def prefer toys that have a real active component to them.
I really want a little kitchen for Camden mostly because as long as you get a good one they can be used for years and always seem to entertain kids. Outdoor toys like a training bike of some sort maybe?
I think i'm just going to get him a couple little things then wait and get him something bigger in spring... i know its time to get over it, but, gosh, i planned his birthday in April for a reason! sigh.
Probably something for outdoors. The amount of toys we will get for Christmas will already be overwhelming. Greyson really is entertained by driving his little cars around all day long and playing outside so I try to avoid buying a bunch of flashy toys that will get ignored.
