So... we found out what our little bean is! and we did not tell Kensley because she'd spill the beans

It was actually a pretty rough appointment. Kids were misbehaving. Kellen screamed the whole way down, there, and back. DH was in a funk and I've not spoken to him since (I don't think I have said 4 sentences to him since he got home, just because). They all gave me a headache and I just wish I left them all at home.

Pros to having a boy:

*He'd have the coolest name EVER!
*DH really wants another son and so having this be a boy means no pressure fo4 #4 (which could obviously be either boy or girl, too)
*They (at least Kellen) are easy, sweet and MAMA's boys!
*Football potential
*Not so much teen drama!

Pros to having a girl:
*We could hold Kellen back to start later (when he's 5 turning 6) without fear of too much sibling rivalry if they are involved in the same activities/sports (obviously different teams!) and be only 1 grade apart.
*I love their play and gentle, caring nature (although, Kellen has this too )
*I reminded myself of working with the boys in high school and they can be total nimrods sometimes, whereas girls TENDED to be much more attentive (stereotypes here)
*Shopping for girl baby clothes! (Opposite season from when Kensley was little)
*Easier to get into sports if she's interested and tall like mama
*Hopefully, a wonderful mama-daughter bond forEVER

And... so...

here are the photos:

Baby has HUGE hands and LONG fingers, just like me

Baby was NOT cooperating at showing the face AT ALL! S/he was always turning back into my back, or cuddling with the placenta, so no REAL good face shots... but here's one you'll get a kick out of... Hands are up by face, and baby's completely folded over, with the legs and knees also folder up by the head, giving you a PERFECT shot of...

the LABIA!

Yep, we're on team PINK!!!

I am excited, but kind of sad at the same time. I really did NOT prefer one over the other too much, but I REALLY felt boy and had grown into a world where I had 1 girl and 2 boys and that was that. Now, the world's a little different, maybe more colorful, with prettier music and laces and dresses and all kinds of sports, too (heck, she is my kid). And, yes. I have the PERFECT boy name. I don't know if I'll ever be able to use it!

My only, only real frustration is this kid will have NO NAME!!!

I can not find a name to save my life. I was sick about it for a while. It gives me headaches.

I am going to drive you all INSANE with ideas for K/C names.

Sigh.

And, no. Kemper is all boy, to me so not for this one.

Congratulations!

Another vote for Krysta! Seriously, great name. I also like Chloe, Claire and Corinne but those are all C names. You could probably start them with a K if you wanted. Dh liked Kierra, too, which is a little different. Or you could just use Kimberly.
