I have barely gotten her to eat anything the past couple days. Want to know what she requested tonight??? Bread and ketchup. Nasty, but I let her have it and she is finally eating something. What a weirdo.
I was talking about this with the Ped this morning. If it weren't for daycare, I'm not sure Major would eat much of anything. He eats there because all the other kids eat. At home, he won't eat much more than gogurts and applesauce. The Ped says it's just really common at this age for them to not eat much at all.
Grace is picky, too. She also tends to graze on food/snacks here and there, rather than eating a "big" meal. Some days she will eat really well, and others, not much at all. My ped also says it's perfectly normal. In the past few weeks, Grace has actually been a bit more adventurous in what she will eat, but she still doesn't eat very much. She will (almost) always eat fruit and yogurt, though, so if all else fails, that's what I offer her.
