I need some ideas as what to do with tomatos ? I got 75lb free......so I made 20 jars of salsa, I have homemade tomato soup made from my garden tomatos. So now what ? I still have 30 lbs !! and no jars left I may have to go buy more.

Love Gemma's idea!

I'd say get more jars? Jar some sauce, stewed tomato, make some big batches of chili to can or freeze? Dry some and use them as sun dried tomatoes for lots of different things.

My aunt once told me that she made green tomato jam which made me wonder if you could that with red. This is one I found online and it got good reviews for the most part good luck!

That is a LOT of tomatoes!! I love salsa. I like the idea of making some pasta sauce and stewed tomatoes for chili and stuff.
