Morning ladies! I heard JM is down today from 8 to 10 so just wanted to pop on and say morning before that happened as I won't be on until this afternoon anyway have a school visit this morning.
Slept good last night once I finally fell asleep that was! Started a new ebook which is pretty good fast fluff (A British author chick lit book) that I got for free so it is always nice for it to be good when it was a free one hahaha!

Good morning!
This morning we're going to Kylie's music class at the library. She'll be excited, they haven't had classes for close to a month now bc of the holidays.
She's also a Bit sick so I'm debating whether I should bring her :/ Just a nasty runny nose and she seems to be in good spirits. I just have to decide if I should bring her around other kids.

I think you should go. Getting out will be good for her and if she's just got a runny nose... well, part of the deal with going out with LOs is knowing they could be exposed to people with colds. I expect colds when I take Zach out, I would only be upset if someone took a kid with a fever or something more serious out.
I'm so excited to see baby Carter in half an hour!! I don't know why but it seems that a 38 week ultrasound is standard in Maryland. I also got the best sleep that I've had in probably a month last night, so I'm feeling pretty darn good right now!

Morning all!
Finally had a decent sleep last night too Tasha, makes you feel so much better! I'm so excited that you're getting so close, let us know how baby Carter's u/s goes today.
Just made Jack and I some smoothies for breakfast, actually I did yesterday too, upon the suggestion of someone in the thread about what others do for breakfast. He loves them and they are packed with nutrients so that makes me happy!
Not much up for today

Tasha - Aww so happy you get to see Carter today! I hope he makes his entrance to the world soon too! You were early with Zach, right? I'm thinking Carter will come this week! With Catherine and Casey delivering recently, you're next for our group!
Back to work today! Another daycare drop off where every other kid wanted to give me a hug good bye except my own - LOL! Jace just runs in and starts playing with toys -- he could care less about saying goodbye to mommy!

I've lost touch with Catherine since she's not on here and I'm not on FB, what did she have? That's exciting! I have been stalking Casey to see that Charlie made his arrival, so happy for her! Boo to being back to work Michelle, unless you're happy about that, then I am too!
Ya Tasha, when did you have Zachary?
I've been thinking about Jack's birthday. I was wanting to do Special Agent Oso since Jack is obsessed, but it is hard pressing to find anything. I've settled on Handy Manny since he likes him too. Can't believe they will be 2 so soon. Year 1 to 2 has flown by for me compared to 0 to 1 year.

Catherine and Casey were both due very early in January. I think Catherine delivered a day or two after Christmas though She had a boy too and I think she had a great delivery (quick and relatively easy) - I may be wrong, but I think his name is Isaiah. So all 3 of our March 2010 mamas that were due this month added or are adding boys to their families!

Appt went well today but it was super fast and I think he's just too big to get cute pics at this point. He seems healthy, fluid level seems good. We'll see tomorrow when I have my OB appt and they read the report. The only problem is that he's sunny side up, setting me up for back labor like I had with Zach. Hopefully he'll turn, I've been freaking myself out with Mr. Google and seeing that that can lead to a higher c-section rate and I'm not as confident recently that my OB office isn't c-section happy.
I did have Zach early, at 39 weeks. I would love for it to be this week but it'd be okay if it was a little later. Greg has some research data collection at a jail an hour away that he's been setting up/getting approval for/scheduling 10 students, etc. for over 8 months. He's doing the data collection on Tues & Thurs and I'd hate to mess it up for him. Obviously we'll deal with it if it happens though!

Horrible nights sleep for me last night - And because of that, I woke up with a headache and in a crappy mood. I woke up at 3:30 during a bad/weird dream. Every time I would fall back asleep, I'd go right back to the dream. So I had to get on my phone, go get a drink downstairs and watch some TV before I could fall back asleep. . . I was up for probably 45 minutes. And then of course DHs alarm went off at 5:45 and woke me up, as it always does. And Em decided to wake up early today. . . : : Looking forward to nap time.
We were suppose to take DH to work today so that Em can go play with her friends, as she asked for them yesterday, but I decided not to after last nights sleep. I also learned last night that there is a playgroup that meets at my community center every Mon/Wed at 9:30-11. Its $2 a kid. I'm not sure why they charge, but I want to check it out one of these days!

Kelly- nothing exciting like that even though that would awesome if he was in the show. He is an assistant treasurer there. I love, love, love Broadway shows so it's kind of funny that I ended up with someone who works for broadway shows. On the days headed to get out early, I used to walk around times square the pick him up and they would let me in to see the rehearsals lol.
I took Gabriella to a bouncey house place today in Brooklyn. When we got there she started crying and when we had to leave, she had a breakdown bc we were leaving. She had so much fun and there was only one other kid there so she basically had the joint to herself!!!! I will def be going back with her.

Nice! Em isn't a fan of them. She's so nervous & unsure in them, that I have to go in with her and she barely bounces/doesn't let go of me. But she loves to bounce on her bed or the couch. Hah.
Ugh. I felt like crap right before bed time. My stomach started to hurt and I had to rush to the bathroom, no fun. Thankfully since Em woke up early, I was able to lay her down a bit earlier then usual and I laid in bed as well. We both took a nice almost 2 hour nap and now I feel MUCH better. I just had a BBQ chicken sandwich for lunch and it was so good - I want another, but I know I won't finish it!! I may make a cake with Em here shortly. . . Though she's really into Dora right now [a show she rarely watches because it drives me nuts].

Morning ladies! Just found out we are going to the charity preview for the big Auto Show in Detroit this Friday. It's black tie so I'm going to get another use out of my little black maternity dress I guess. Now to find time to get my nails done before Friday....lol. Hope to see some celebrities there!

That sounds fun Michelle! I bet you look great in your dress too!
I can't win. I now have Jack's cold and have a major headache and fever with it. I tell ya! I normally don't catch things when I'm not pregnant, ugh.

Michelle- that sounds like fun! It's always fun to get all dressed up. Good thing you all ready have a maternity dress so ou don't have to stress about finding one.
Chloe- I'm so sorry you're sick again
I had a rough night last night. For some reason I couldn't stop throwing up. Now I'm afraid to eat anything and I sill feel nauseous. Of course DH couldn't wake up early with Jax because apparently his sleep is more important. He had yesterday off too because he went to the Broncos game Sunday, which I was nice enough to drop him and his friends off at, and he was hung over. I'm really annoyed.

I wonder why that would happen Chelsey...do you feel sick in any other way? I've read that if you start throwing up in late pregnancy to contact your doctor, but maybe you have an illness. Either way, no fun, sorry to hear Bad DH though!!
I weighed myself today and I've gained 20 lbs and I'm only 22 weeks, omg! I was 123 starting out and now I'm 143. I don't look it, so I'm not sure where it all is considering baby is maybe 1 lb. I got up to 160 with Jack, but I have a feeling I will beat that this time.

Ugh, that sounds miserable. I've heard of people getting morning sickness later in the pregnancy. I was sick for about a week last week and it was no fun at all. My appetite is still much lower than it was but at least I haven't been nauseous for the last few days. I hope it passes quickly for you!

I thought that too about myself. I gained 30lbs by 28 weeks or so and figured I was going to blow my weight gain with Zach (42lbs) out of the water. I ended up stalling out big time in the last few months. I went like 5 weeks without gaining anything, then gained 4lbs in 1 week (weird) and then didn't gain anything for another 3 weeks and just now added 1 more pound. Meaning I've gained 36lbs total and I don't see me gaining 6lbs in the next 2 weeks. I am bigger than I was with Zach cause I started out 10lbs heavier but it's not by much. You never know, people gain weight differently from pregnancy to pregnancy. Either way, try not to worry too much about it!

So bummed - We were going to go to the Zoo today after DHs test. But it got moved from 10a to 12:45pm. The Zoo closes at 4, so by the time he gets done and we get down there, we'll only be able to stay for MAYBE an hour. Not worth it.
I have so much laundry to do before our trip. Ugh. I feel like there's always a TON of laundry to be done. I finally get what's downstairs done, take it upstairs just to bring just as much dirty laundry back down. Oy.
