OK so Im pregnant and feel like a beached whale
So I bought myself a treadmill and Im committed (sp?) to doing 30 min of brisk walking at least 4 times a day.
Ive been doing this for a month now (minus a little slack on the holidays) and its great!
Hope to be able to keep myself from gaining a ton this time around.

Also, I start prenatal yoga in 2 weeks.

Good Luck! I wish I would have worked out more during my pregnancies, I walked a lot but wish I would've done more..I have a terrible time losing baby weight!
