Yeah, it's a gross title.

Lately I've been noticing blood in Kolbie's poo and I'm not sure what's going on there? She's got her 2 year check up in a few weeks so I was just going to wait until then to talk to her Dr. about it. Or would you take her in sooner? I have a feeling it's just that she drinks so much milk and it's hard for her to go. Kaija has had a problem with that recently and takes Miralax when it gets bad.

What else can you think of that would cause it?

If it's red blood or streaks, then it's probably from constipation. If it's brown or black blood, then that's a bigger concern usually.

Can you give her more fiber (fruits/veggies/etc)?

It's red and streaks. I was thinking constipation. She does have times where I know she's straining, those are the times she wants to sit on the potty so she can hunch over more. Poor girl...

We've been trying to cut back on the milk/dairy and make sure she gets more fiber. I've been packing in the grapes and raisins lately and she can have as many apples as she wants. That's about all I can get her to eat.
