I don't have the time to devote to standing in front of the TV for something like Insanity (plus Jax would get in the way trying to do it with me, lol) so I'm doing different Apps on my Droid phone. From the reviews I've read they are also available on the iPhone. You can find them by doing a search for "personal trainer." The ones I am doing are "Push Ups," "Sit Ups," and "Squats." I started literally able to only do 1 pushup. I just did 30 pushups this morning, 80 sit-ups, and 150 squats! I can definitely see a change - my arms are toned, my stomach actually is getting a true 6-pack, and my legs/butt looks sooooo much better! I LOVE this app because I can do all 3 exercises at once or space them out throughout the day. I also saw results really fast so that was great. There are other apps out there that I've tried that were great like "5 minute legs" or "5 minute abs" etc but these are my favorites.
