I don't have overactive bladder but I do have some bladder incontinence. When the urge hits me hard (like the second I step in the door from getting home for example), I can't hold it AT.ALL! I will literally pee my pants at least once a week.

I am usually ok during the day, but I will literally get up 5+ times a night just to tinkle...just a few drops. But it feels like I have a very full bladder. And I can't ignore it...it is a really strong sensation.

It is really starting to disturb my sleep...I don't sleep well to begin with and now with this. I am not getting enough sleep.

I am doing Kegels right now, but I have an dr appt tomorrow. I am tired of feeling like crap all day b/c I can't sleep/keep getting up to pee every 5 minutes.

I used to have this problem all the time. It has gotten better, but I don't know what made it better. It was before I had Grace.

Are you sure its not like an infection or interstitial cystitis?

I'm not sure Jen. I have a dr appt to get it check out just to see if it could be an infection or something.

Well the dr wants to do a pelvic exam so I have to schedule that, but she went ahead and put me on a script. She also said I need to lose some weight. Which I already know I need to do...I just need to do it.

My sister has an overactive bladder, she's had it since she was a kid..she pee's more then anyone I know..when she was younger and we'd go on road trips she'd literally bring a bed pan type thing with her just incase there were no rest stops!

Scary thing is, when she was getting an u/s with her 1st baby they found polyp's on her bladder and the dr. was very worried it could be cancerous..told her to get them removed and checked out when she had the baby..so she has him..doesn't get them checked and now she is pregnant again. She drives me nuts sometimes, but that is totally off topic.

My dad had bladder cancer, but the dr wasn't concerned about it being cancer. She thinks if I lose some weight it will help alot and she called it something but I can't think of the name.
I really help this medicine will help...I really hate getting up 5+ times a night just to tinkle a little.

Ever since I started getting bladder infections, I stopped being to hold it as well.
If I gotta go.... I gotta go!

I also have issues if I laugh too much sometimes. I was terrible as a child, couldn't laugh hardly at all without a little tinkle ( lol ok a lot of tinkle lol)

Probably like Ditropan or Detrol...those are pretty common. Did she do a urinalysis?
