I'm assuming that since Izzy won't poop on the toilet, that she's not ready to be trained? She's pee trained, but she won't poop in anything other than her diaper or her panties. She won't tell me that she has to go, she'll just go.
I've tried sitting her on it in front of the tv, and reading to her while she sits on it. No luck yet.
I think I'm going to give it another go in another month.
Yeah, for some kids that's the toughest thing. A coworker of mine had a terrible battle with her daughter over pooping in the toilet. She actually developed a fear of it and would hold her poops for days until someone would give her a diaper to put on. She was 4, I think, when she finally got over it and it probably took longer than it would have if her mom hadn't tried to push her to train before a trip to Europe when she was 3.5. I would just put her in trainers and talk positively about it.
