We threw in the towel a couple months ago. We gave it a good run with no luck, and I just don't think my heart could handle the kind of disappointments we would be heading into on the adoption front.

i dont know if i will or not, sometimes i think i will be good with 3 but i think i will always miss being pregnant and holding a brand new baby, I dont think it would matter if i had 20 kids

hopefully I will get to be a surrogate some day, its something ive wanted to do for a while, so atleast i will get to be pregnant again and hopefully they will let me snuggle the newborn too

Yes, I feel the same way Bree, I thought I would feel complete after 2 and I'm not. I hope after 3 I feel some contentment.

That is so wonderful that you would consider being a surrogate, I'd be to afraid that I wouldn't be able to give the baby to their parents in the end...lol.

lol i wouldnt be able to be a traditional surrogate (where they use my eggs) but i would do the IVF with someone else' i think that would make the process of giving the baby to its proper parent easier, i think it would be easier if it was for a friend or some situation where i would still be able to see the baby, im not sure i would be able to give up a child that was genetically mine

I definitely wound't be able to do my eggs for sure. IVF would still be hard but like you said if you did it for someone close, it would be easier.

There is only one person who I would consider using my eggs and that is my sister, she is already 33 and has not been able to conceive. It would be hard but I would do it for her, maybe...lol.
