We haven't been to any live shows, but we took him to the town carnival in May and then to the county fair last week. He loves the carosel and all the lights on the rides. We're going to DH's hometown Friday for their gladiolus festival, so there will be more carnival rides there.
I took her to the fair when she was 11 months and she mostly just hung out in the stroller. Definitely going to take her this year. Haven't taken her to any sort of live shows but she's been to the theatre and she was pretty good.
Gabriel has been to the state fair twice (in 2011 and this year). Of course in 2011 he didn't do anything but look around and hang out in the stroller, but this year he did get to ride a couple of the kiddie rides. He really did not know what to think of them, tho. I think he had more fun just watching, oh, and petting the animals. He also loved riding the pony, too. He did really well with that one. I think next year he'll have even more fun. Here's the link to see him on the pony ride: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=...type=2&theater
And Cay, I would LOVE to take Gabriel to see The Fresh Beat Band--he gets so freaking excited whenever they come on, even if it's just the commercial of their live performance. Maybe someday if they ever come close to where we live. I know he'd love it.
OMG that was an adorable video! He almost looked like what in the world am I suppose to do here???
I really wanted to take Megan to see the FBB but the "VIP" seats were already sold out and I didn't want to spend 30 dollars/ticket and not get to do the meet and greet after. So maybe on the next go around of there concerts
