I wouldn't give her pop or hard meat to chew or anything that has bones in ti, but otherwise anything goes. She's had popcorn, grapes, gummies. Sometimes I want to ban rice (because she is soooooo messy) but that would make her mad.

I've been having a hard time figuring out an answer to this. She pretty much eats everything we eat - She's learned how to eat cherries with pits and spit the pits out - she gets steak, chicken, pork, hamburgers, hot dogs etc...I haven't given her anything with a bone, but that's not on purpose - and I'd just cut it off for her anyway.

At this point I'm not worried about what she's eating so much, as long as the majority of it is healthy. She's so little, I'm almost willing to feed her anything to help her start packing on some pounds.
Celine likes this.

I am always impressed when kids eat well. Like yours!

I don't allow sodas. My in-laws already gave her Diet Pepsi! Argh!

She also can't have any choking hazards like nuts. And I have not given her a hot dog or let her try McDonalds yet.

I am trying to keep hot dogs and MickeyDs away from her as long as possible. She has never been to a McDs yet. Eventually she will have it I am sure just like sodas.

no pop or chewing gum. and none of the hard chewy candy. gummies are usually okay, supervised. they rarely get candy anyway.

No popcorn. She has had a few nuts, but only when broken up tiny. No soda pop.

Pretty much everything we eat she does. She has had pop but I don't give it to her. But well we are not good examples in that area so it's not her fault. She will take her stool and push it up to the counter to reach it and drink it. Only reason she gets caught is she had a mustache from orange pop. At least it's caffeine free right. But if we go to McDonald's we get milk and apples vs fried and pop. She has had chicken on a bone. But we also eat healthy majority if the time so the little bit she gets it's okay. On occasion she gets candy.
