We use Sunlight or Kirkland over here.
I wash everything together. Always did, I just stopped using ivory detergent when she was about 8 months old and moved to the more economical brands.
I stopped sterilizing when she'd had a few rounds of her first immunizations. She was about 8 months old too.

What laundry detergent do you use for your LOs clothes? I make my own and wash everything but diapers in it
Do you wash LOs clothes with the rest of the clothes or separate? Because of the way i do laundry the kids get their own load, but i wouldnt have a problem washing them with other things if i needed to
And do you sterilize/boil sippy cups or are you done with that? no, i dont
I use whatever detergent is on sale. But I do wash her stuff separate from ours. She goes through a lot of clothes and makes a lot more laundry. I also hang-dry her clothes b/c they shrink in the dryer.
We don't have a dishwasher right now. And handwashing doesn't get the smell out of the sippy cups. I boil them for 5 minutes once a week. The milk just seems to stick to the plastic of the sippy cups.
We use ALL
I think the only time i used special stuff was washing his clothes the first time as a newborn after that he had no reaction to the normal stuff so I just used the stuff DH and I use
I do separate loads only for the fact is that Liam has his own basket in his room and we have our own basket. Sorting is much easier.
I never sterilized just hot soapy water, the same still applies
