Des anyone have weekend routines for your lo's? I'm thinking we need to get better about routine on the weekend because she usually ends up napping late and then going to be late which throws her off when Sunday night comes around.

Are you out and about on the weekends? I think it's much harder to keep the routine when you are away from home. Especially when you go to peoples house who have kids. It's pretty much impossible to get Sophia to nap when we visit friends. We try to keep bedtime the same. But sometimes that even gets messed up if we stay out late.

If we stay home I keep the routine with naptime, mealtimes and bedtime at night the same as during the week also (like Bree said).

Yeah, we go out a lot on weekends. Also we tend to sleep in about an hour on weekends (7, instead of 6) and that throws her nap schedule off too but I'm not sure I'm willing to give up that hour.

Liam doesn't allow us to sleep in
He generally gets up at the same time on days off as he does on daycare days which is between 6-630
We usually don't plan stuff around his normal nap time and just work around that
when we don't he turns into a mean bear and its a horrible rest of the day
its just easier to be lazy in the morning and get everything done in the afternoon to keep him on schedule. Bedtime always the same except on the odd occasion that we're out but by his bedtime away from home he gets cranky and miserable and we know its time to leave
