Well I will be eating low carb so my food won't be too exciting but for Brian and the kids I will be fixing:

Beef/Vegetable Stew (which I can have) tonight
Lasagna (I can have without the noodles)
Chili (I can have)
Cheese Ravioli with garlic breadsticks
Beef tips with potatoes and noodles
Pizza (I will have on low carb pizza crust)
Spaghetti and garlic bread

Trying to eat more healthy, HOWEVER, we are still in the moving process, and without any real means to cook food (no oven yet, microwave is still in my apt, but we are mostly in the new house). Ugh. I can't wait to be settled and meal plan. Hopefully for next week.

Tonight-leftovers
Tuesday-spaghetti, green beans, and homemade bread
Wednesday-ham, potatoes, and corn
Thursday-cheesy hamburger rice casserole and biscuits
Friday-chicken, rice, and broccoli
Saturday-leftovers
Sunday-whatever we have at my sister's house

Tonight - Pasta & Chicken Sausage
Tuesday - Salad & Sandwiches
Wednesday - Chicken Tacos
Thursday - Vegetable Soup with Bread
Friday - We curl so probably something after curling. The boys will be at my inlaws.

Mine are in no particular order as to when I will make them during the week really. But know we are having

1. We had chili and cornbread last night and the same will be for tonight.
2. Spaghetti night
3. chicken wraps
4. shrimp scampi

That is really all i know for now

Ooooh! I love this. We plan our meals 2 weeks out.

Sunday - Crock pot Chicken Cordon Bleu It was YUM! I recommend cooking it for 4 hours and not the full 6.

Monday - Stuffed Chicken Portabella with green beans - no recipe to attached. Just grill chicken breast wrapped around a slice of portabella and provolone sprayed with Pam and dipped in bread crumbs.

Tuesday - Taco Tuesday!

Wednesday - Almond Chicken and Rice

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday and Saturday- we have a rehearsal dinner and wedding this weekend, so we'll be eating there!

I have started planning to make my school days go smoother. But I plan dinners because that is when I have two extra guys here.

Today was meatloaf, italian potatos, salad and snap peas
leftovers
breackfast pizza
chicken diva, rice brocolli
tacos
sunday we order and pick up after church
monday soup/sand

Last night was a fend for yourself night

Weds- Sirloins, carrots, broccoli, and salad

Thurs- Marinayed Chicken, Carrots, Bell Peppers

Fri- Bunless and cheeseless burgers with salad

Sat- Brats for my bro/SIL who will be in town, Chicken/Turkey sausage links for us
