A day late....ooops! What are you having for dinner this week?
Monday-Mac and Cheese
Tuesday-roast with carrots, potatoes, celery, and onion, hopefully homemade bread (gotta get it started now since it's so cool it takes awhile to rise!)
Wednesday-ham and potato soup, leftover bread
Thursday-leftover cheesy rice casserole, biscuits
Friday-pasta, green beans
Saturday-hubby and I are out
Sunday-meatloaf (with hidden veggies), corn
I meal planned and shopped for the whole week+ until we leave for CO!!
Tonight: Chicken bake with green beans and potatoes
Wednesday: Crock Pot Hawiian Chicken
Thursday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Friday: Crock Pot Cube Steak with peas and potatoes
Saturday: Crock Pot Potato Soup
Sunday: Salmon Patties with Salad and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Monday: Turkey Meatloaf with veggies and possible more potatoes
When I meal plan for a week or more, I try to leave one day off because I often end up with more than I need and hate to have waste
Sunday - left overs from the weekend
Monday - Tuna Cakes and green beans. I substitute egg whites instead of eggs and fat free mayo to take the calories down.
Tuesday - we were having a party at our house but it got cancelled due to ice, so who knows!
Wednesday - Almond Chicken Rice
Thursday - Stew in the crockpot
Friday - Take out
